Finally getting a grasp on this game. Still bad but i finally have noticable progression. I've been running a lot of bloodbath to focus on combat. Before I quit playing last year cause I couldn't even get a single kill. First player id run into would destroy me.

How does Ser Bronn use grimoires though? Y'all know he can't read.

There's a traveling merchant who sells grimoires. In my playthrough I constantly ran into him near the elf village, going up that spiral ramp in the forest near the cave.

You can also use those times of tranquility to silence the drakes. They are a bit rare but can be copied by Ibrahim in checkpoint town and still be used

bro...this is what i've been saying about Ferrystones, people are just WHINING about the fast travel system of DD2 when they're not even playing the game. it's ridiculous, it's literally the same thing as DDDA.

by the way if you force exit the game when you die instead of selecting start from last save you dont suffer the life loss gauge, but it would be an exploit, the game intends to punish you when you die

in checkpoint town if you wish to pass illegally just wait at the gate of battalh, it may take about 3-5 mins but i guarantee you the fancy cart will eventually appear

Such a disappointment. This game lacks content and is way too short. And the story sucks so fucking much. None of the characters or quests really seem to connect.
